Returns
EXOTIC MOMENTS LINGERIE, Inc. stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Please inspect your order carefully. If you have any damages or a quantity discrepancies please let us know within 5 business days. We will authorize returns up to 30 days from the receipt of your order. EXOTIC MOMENTS LINGERIE will replace any damaged item that is returned within the 30 day period. Returns for overstock, in store damages, or garments that have been worn will not be accepted. Closeout or sale merchandise will not be subject to return. We do not issue any cash refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, Babydolls, hosiery, swimwear, teddies and any lingerie set that includes a panty. If these items are returned to Exotic Moments they will be sent back to you at your expense.
